Anyone use Photoshop Elements? Got a question.

    Would anyone know if there's a way in Photoshop Elements 6 to move lines on the selection rectangle individually? You can move the whole thing with the arrow keys but I can't figure out how to do it with individual sides and it's driving me nuts. In IrfanView you can do it with Alt+Arrow Key and get some really accurate crops without any hassle. I can't believe a high-dollar program like Photoshop can't do it.
