I tried removing all acronis entries for Acronis True Image 2012 using Autoruns for a friend and his laptop wouldn't even boot so we had to format

furthermore, deleting the few registry entries as shown on the Acronis forums didn't do the trick

has anyone been successful to remove those annoying entries from the right click menu?

I use Acronis True Image 2011 and he uses Acronis True Image 2012

Does doing this within ATIH itself do the trick? (I'm using ATIH 2011, at least for now.)

Help -> Settings -> Integrate True Image into Windows...

I uncheck all three options, but would assume the third option "Shortcut menu operations" is the one you're looking for.
