    Hi everyone,

I'm trying for months now (I bought NOD32 on 16/08/2003) to get a personal ID to update this software, but there is "nobody home" at Alphasys (the official french society wich give the Eset support).
I sent them the sheet registration once, then called them back several times by mail to ask if they didn't forgot/loosed my request, and finally tried to get someone on the phone : ... no answers at all, no phone or mail replies !
I just feel like trying to contact a real ghost society.

Did someone encounter the same problem with Alphasys ? Or got a solution ? (I'm living in Belgium, so I think it's gonna be a hard time to meet them at Paris)

Greet thanks for any help !

    Hi everyone,

My problem is now solved !
Alphasys (wich became Eurotrust) bankrupted two or three months ago, and that's why I didn't managed to get support or answers.

Marie Christine Laruelle, the manager of the french society that offers Eset support in France now, contacted me yesterday (great thanks to Rod!) and provide me a username and password to finally update my version of NOD32.

Many thanks once again to the Wilders community and for their great job !
