Any security concerns using this tax filing help feature ?

Please have a look at the video (just over 4 min.). This is a new feature by our revenue service designed to help efilers when they get stuck.
How exactly does this work i.e. the viewing of the return at both ends, and what about security ?

I would imagine they are using SSL to encrypt it between the user and the agent. Seems about as secure as online banking assuming neither machine is compromised.

 

yes its like online banking in india we have same e-file system but 90% is done by CA's (Chartered Accountants) a and all i know he use windows and internet security so i guess doing your self and with linux you me more safe
