Any fix for Xbox 360 streaming yet?

I love this program but can't figure out how to get my 360 or Directv HR-20 to see my PC...

 

seems upnp is broke, even if you enable it in the IDS rules (was only ids rule disabled by default here)
i dont get any prompts for it

log i get is

if i switch to "allow all mode" my upnp streaming works...


is this fixed yet? any updated files availiable
