Annoying problem downloading Prevx..

Hi, I have a 3 year license for prevx, yet I am unable to install your product,
following this link http://info.prevx.com/downloadcsi.asp


I proceed to download Prevx, the installer detects that I am running windows x64, I proceed with the install after some time I am forced to abort, at which point I am advised that this is not a 32 bit down-loader and am then redirected to the Prevx download page to download the 64 bit version.
Then it starts from the beginning, the merry go round continues

The only way I can install Prevx is through the direct link for the 64Bit version here at Wilders

No one else has reported this issue so I thought it was my system, I had been trying various AV's.
I ended up formatting my drive, which I had intended to do, yet the issue persisted.

Just thought I'd post my experience.

Could you let me know if you're using any other security software? The direct link will indeed be easier as it doesn't require the re-download step (the beta is http://info.prevx.com/download.asp?grab=edgebeta64 and the live 64bit link is: http://info.prevx.com/download.asp?grab=prevxcsi64 ) but it would be better if it would work in all cases seamlessly.

I had formatted my drive and just installed windows 7 64Bit, downloaded all windows updates and proceeded to install Prevx. No software at all on my system. I had the above issue before I formatted my PC.
Am I the only one to experience this, as I haven't noticed any other posts regarding similar issues?
