I was fascinated by those advertised animated wallpaper I’ve seen in different sites I visited, although I think that it is not a necessary thing to have it on my pc. But, still, I was attracted to it and decided to download one from freeze.com. But to my dismay…using the EULAlyzer from javacool, I found out that it contains lots of interesting words and phrases (and even high risk numbers, even 9) that I immediately decided to abort and cancel the installation process.

I was afraid that it might be the same kind or similar type of free softwares that I have already installed in the past bundled w lots of nagging ads and pop-ups, I could not even easily remove it completely on my pc. It takes several anti-spywares to clean up the craps. Now that my pc is clean, I don’t like to repeat that same mistakes and experience as before.

I was just curious… if some of you there know some sites where I can download free animated desktop wallpaper without those bundled risky and nagging adwares, etc…

Hm, small chance I guess: it's just to appealing to the malware-front:mad:

Better stay far away from the stuff...

You can set any animated gif you have as a desktop wallpaper. Windows will tile it if it's not big enough. You can even make your own to suit your screen size....

When having fun and using my machine, don't want to be a scared of my own shadow, but this would be my thoughts as well.
