angular utility installer issue???

    Hi:

    I have sued angular uninstaller and other free tools from it and seems very good and excellent and all of them work. Now I tried the angular utility which is a complete utility but it does not matter, that i download from any source, it seems it all are croupted and give an error during install. I tried many download sites and all the same. Does anyone know a non-croupted working installer of it? The latest is version 2.0
