Analysis of application protocols will not function

    Hi,

    Can you assist.

    I have installed Nod 32 v4. On start up a message appears saying something like web access protection is at risk.

    On opening Nod 32 the protection status reads - an error occurred while starting services. Analysis of application protocols (POP3, HTTP) will not function. Within setup 'Web access protection' is noted as not functional. I've tried to changed but nothing appears to work. The other 3 functions are enabled.

    At one stage I thought I would deleted Nod and re-install, that didn't go too well and I had to restore the computer.

    My first time thread, I hope this makes sense.

    Unfortunately, you didn't mention what operating system you use. Does installing EAV 6.0.316 make a difference?

    Hi Marcos,

    Sorry. My system is operating on windows 7 home premium.

    As mentioned after uninstalling I tried to download the latest version, the download failed. I had to restore the computer.
