For one of my applications running od PC, Nod32 gives alert messages, I could not find how to define this application as trusted application so that Nod32 does not give any alert messages.

    Thanks

What is the alert message? Could you post a screen shot or type out the message.

    Ta.

If you want to exclude it from the on-access scanner:
    AMON > Setup > Exclusions

and I'd suggest submitting the trusted application if it's what you consider a "false positive" - these are then evaluated back at Eset's labs.

Or it could be that you have PDA enabled, and it's blocking it :)
PDA = Potentially Dangerous Applications, which can be disabled in AMON setup too.

But to be one the safe side, do as webyourbuisness suggested - Send it to ESET to make sure it's clean, or send it to Virustotal.com for a scan.
