    i am using roadrunners cable with an

    Ambit Wireless LAN Cable Modem

    Model Number: 60740EUW--U10C007
    Wireless LAN Cable Modem w/USB and Ethernet

    problem :

    i went to reset the factory default password and it doesnt
    work now so i cant log in. i dont have a manual and time warner is giving me the run around. how do i reset this in order to set the security password.

    Try:

    User - root
    Pass - root

    User - admin
    Pass - cableroot

    User - user
    Pass - user

    The default login for that modem is simply "admin", and the password is "admin", both of which can be changed.
