Aliens have taken over my pc!

Hi all

I am trying to clean up my friend Amanda's computer. She is asleep and I am working! I have downloaded and run both Adware and Spybot per instructions - Seem to have reappearing programs, specifically Virtual Blaster, Lycos Sidesearch, MyWay tool bar, to name a few. PC is EXTREMELY slow now, not sure what is up with that. Lots of pop ups - searches are taken over, keeps changing my home page, all the regular stuff. This all started when her "friend" convinced her to download Grokster(not me!). She Has since parted ways with the friend!
