    :blink: I am having a problem with the new ATI 9.1 with Universal Restore. I made an image from my old workstation to transfer to my new workstation. I waited for 9.1 because it was supposed to be able to do just that to systems with unlike hardware. Making the image went well, took about 6 hours. I booted up the new machine with the boot disk. I started ATI (Full) with universal restore and tried to restore the image. I could not see the image on my network drive to restore. I made three different tech calls over two days and finally with help was able to see the image. I restored the image. After the restore I tried to reboot my new system, but now it is stuck in a rolling boot sequence. I cannot get to a login screen. I cannot even get it to safe boot.

    Any ideas?

    Hello cloudyb,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Could you please provide the information about the hardware configuration of your workstations?

    Please clarify whether you have specified hard disk drivers by yourself or such drivers has been installed automatically during restoration process?

    Please create Acronis Report in the way described below:

    - Download and run Acronis Report Utility;
    - Select the "Create Bootable Floppy" option;
    - Insert a blank floppy disk in the A: drive and proceed with creation of the bootable floppy;
    - Boot the computer from this diskette and wait for report creation process to finish;
    - Collect the report file from the floppy.

    Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
