Now ive "upgraded" from w98se to w2000 pro ,should i have any special rules for the processes C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\SERVICES.EXE (Services and Controller app)
    and C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\svchost.exe?
Ive just allowed them at present.Im using LnS enhanced rule set,and Im also behind a router.

    Hi ellison64 :)

So you upgrade to w2000: great! :thumb:

No special rules needed for svchost under Windows 2000.

    For questions/problems: come back here.

Have a nice day (and a lot of fun with w2k).

    :)

Thanks for the advice.I had the lsass.exe wants to access the internet today.Any special rules for that?.
I like 2000 much, as i can try all those progs that i couldnt with 98 :)
However i never had all these system services connecting then.It is much better though.I never liked XP (the gf has that) but i do like this 2000.
