ADS in Panda Anti Rootkit

    What is the reason for ADS ( Alternate Data Streams) with Panda's new anti rootkit scanner (Pavark) ? Is it to submit suspected rootkits or some other reason?

    I noticed it too when I tested it a while back. I'm not sure why it is there but I decided that I didn't care for it. So I rolled back to before I installed it and don't plan to ever run it again...

    Removed it also,unless there's a good reason for the ADS it will stay off.

    Perhaps the ADS is used to hide the driver from rootkits o_O
