    Hi all

Could you advice me on how to print out from Adobe Reader 7.0.1 please.

I updated my girlfriend´s pc (W2K OS) to the lastest free Adobe Reader 7.0.1 (the one with the security update) but encountered problem on hers when she/I want to print.

So far I couldn´t find information on how to solve this on Adobe Forum.

    These are the problems.

    1) we could open pdf file or save pdf file on her pc from all websites with pdf files.

    2) but when we tried to print we could only print out the lines or logo only. The body of the text could not be printed out at all. (when we printed details from websites they were fine. Printer toner is fine so far)

Previously when she had Adobe Reader 5.0.1 everything was fine.

    Please advise.

    Cheers

    Chew

p/s: She has a Brother laser mono printer HL 1450.

Thanks Ronjor for your quick reply.

I guess I was searching at the wrong place in Adobe website. I searched their forum first instead of Support and thinking that it was "similar" to Wilders´Oracle ... how wrong I was.

Anyway, I followed the the link you provided i.e. the Tech Support, and managed to solve the problem by using Print as Image. It was a bit slow but it finally printed.

    Another problem solved.

    Cheers

    Chew
