    All,
Is there a way I can add a SCSI/SATA/SAS controller support to the boot CD that DD 10 creates? I have a system that I need to modify the partitions prior to installing XP and I tried using the DD 10 Boot CD created when I downloaded DD 10, but no joy. Can't see the drives at all.

    Thanks

You can't add any drivers to the DD CD. If you want Acronis to include them, you'll need to contact Supoort (from your Acronis Account), submit the information and request a custom ISO that has the drivers.

If you haven't tried the Safe Mode version of DD, try it. It uses the computer's BIOS to access the drives and may work for you.

Another option is to create a BartPE or VistaPE TI CD that contains the drivers you require.
