I'm getting this error message when starting up Outlook 2007: "The Add-in "ESET Outlook Plugin" C:\PROGRA~1\ESET\(snip)\EPLGOU~1.DLL cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. (snip)" I tried removing the Add-in from Outlook as specified in another thread: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=287597&highlight=error message addin outlook 2007 (I tried replying there, but it's locked because it's old.) The ESET Add-in isn't listed, probably because I uninstalled. (It seemed to be causing hang problems on Outlook exit.) I also tried deleting the extend.dat file as specified in the ESET Knowledge Base, but that deactivated another add-in I do want to use. This still gave me the add-in error message on starting Outlook and created the extend.dat file again. How do I fix this?
