Hi. I read a post on these forums last night which said, I think, that the latest Ad-Aware defs result in Spybot (not sure which version) being id'd as spyware.

I can't find the post today :)! However, I've been holding back from updating my AA defs until I've heard a bit more about whether or not any such problem has been fixed.

Does anyone know any more about this issue, and can someone post a link to that post, please (if I didn't dream it...)?

    Thanks.

So, does spybot contain spyware or is that false? is ad-aware by Lavasoft picking it up as spyware or not?

If some people didn't know better, they might thing it was done on purpose :D Very unlikely though.
