active directory replication issues

The main server (Windows Server 2003 Standard SP1) was re-imaged due to a hard drive failure, and now I am having a problem with active directory replication. I have three domain controlers in my domain, and the main server is rejected from replicating with the other two.

I believe the issue is discussed in Microsoft's TID 875495 "How to detect and recover from a USN rollback in Windows Server 2003".

Is there an easier way to fix this?
