    create secure zone and activate recovery manager in x64 Raid 0. Please let me know what tools to run in order to submit the appropriate log files to support.

    I'm a licensed user of TI 9.0 Home and am trialing the Workstation build in x64.

    TIA,
    WFO

    Hello WFO,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software and for your interest in Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software.

    Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

    If you use Manage Acronis Secure Zone wizard accessible via the main program window to create Acronis Secure Zone and activate Acronis Startup Recover Manager "in one action" then please try to create Acronis Secure Zone without activating Acronis Startup Recovery Manager first and only after that activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager using Activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager wizard.

    If that does not help then please check each partition of your hard drive by Windows utility: use Windows menu Start\Run, then enter the command "chkdsk c: /r" "chkdsk d: /r" for every partition of your hard drive.

    Please also download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

    If the problem still persists after checking the hard drive and installing the update then please try to create Acronis Secure Zone and activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager when your computer is booted from Bootable Rescue CD created using the free trial version of Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation.

    If that does not help either then please provide us with the following information:

    - Create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post;

    - How exactly did you find out that Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation is unable to create Acronis Secure Zone and activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager?

    - What happens exactly when you try to perform these actions?

    - Do you receive any error messages? What exact messages? When exactly do you receive them?

    - Describe actions taken before the problem appears step-by-step.

    Please also make a screen shot of the Device Tree application:

    - Download and unpack the Device Tree application;

    - Run the application;

    - Completely unfold the \Driver\Disk and \Driver\FtDisk branches;

    - Move the margin to the left in order to see all the items;

    - Make a screen shot.

    Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
