    At least under x64 or x86 vista/server 2008..

I cant get the true image management console to install.. either the one in true image echo server 9.5.x or the one in true image echo workstation 9.5...

It works fine if its 2003/xp..

You can get the install going.. but at the very end..

"the installation was interrupted before acronis true image management console could be installed"

    Any thoughts?

Almost always caused by leftovers from previous installs of TI in the temp area. Clean out your temp files and try again. You can just search temp for instances of Acronis and True Image if you don't want to delete all temp files. Delete the entire folder with Acronis or TI.

    Hello markm75,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Workstation Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for delayed response.

Please make sure you use the latest build (8115) of Acronis True Image Echo Workstation. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

If the issue persists, and clearing temp folders doesn't help, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

Please collect MS installer log as described in this Acronis KB article.

Please also create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will do our best to investigate the problem and provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
