Acronis True Image corrupted image

Hello, I've got a "little" problem: i've done an image of a laptop on my server, via PXE. The process was done successfully, but when I try to mount the image on a virtual unit, or deploy again onto the laptop, acronis snap deploy tells me that the image is corrupted (error 52), and the laptop reboots automatically himself. Is there any software to extract files from the corrupted image, or something else?

I am a little confused. The subject indicates that you have issue with Acronis True Image and the post is about Acronis Snap Deploy. Please clarify what exactly product you used (the whole name with build number would be better).

Also as far as I know Acronis Snap Deploy cannot mount the image, it's only create and deploy thing.
