Acronis Recovery & Exchange Mailboxes

    Does anyone have any idea how to recover mailboxes (single mailbox) via using Acronis Recovery? We are currently using the Enterprise 9.1 Server Edition.

    With Backup Exec you can locate a specific mailbox but thru Acronis I do not see any of the mailboxes.

    you can't..........

    do this:

    mount the image on use ontrack powercontrols to open the priv.edb

    We are very sorry for the delay with the response.

    Please be aware that, as Jeremy has already mentioned above, none of the currently available Acronis True Image versions allows backing up\restoring individual mailboxes\applications. At present time, you can only restore individual files either by mounting the backed up partition as a virtual drive by means of the Mount Image tool or using the Restore Data Wizard (see chapters 7 and 12 of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server User's Guide for details). The capability of backing up\restoring mailboxes\applications will most likely be implemented in the future Acronis True Image versions, but the exact time frame for this is not decided yet.
