Acronis Please help me get my refund for TI8.

    I purchased TI8 upgrade on 7/28. TI8 hung on 'processing' during Restore. I emailed the details of the problem to Tech Supoort serveral time and got only an auto-response. I have emailed sales@acronis.com 3 times and called Sales and left a detailed message. No response. I have exercised all the paths and no response. Acronis how do I get my refund for TI8 upgrade?
