acronis agent for linux failing--The drive is not ready

Is there any one who is successful in running full backup using Acronis Agent for linux. I am using Acronis True Image Enterprise and tried to backup a remote client using Acronis Agent for Linux. I can connect to the remote from the Acronis Console and when trying to backup on the shared drive in the network, it fails with error message E00XXXXXX The drive is not ready"

Create Full Backup Archive
From:hda1 (/boot)
To file:"smb://XXXSMB/acronis/testMay15.tib"
Compression:Normal
Description: "testmay15"

Then it fails with the below error message:

The drive is not ready.

Please press Retry to try again or press Cancel to cancel the operation and stop.: Retry/Cancel

on the remote machine ( linux ) log file,
I see CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code= -6

Could you please provide us with the exact title of your product? What is the build number of your Acronis software?

Also, please try to mount the share under Linux and perform a backup operation. Let us know the results.
