When I do a manual clone from a smaller drive to a larger one I can not make the "C" partition larger. The "D" partition starts at 75GB, I lower that to 12GB and that gives me 62GB of unallocated of space. When I try to change the size of the "C" partition I can not add the 62GB of unallocated space to it.
It's grayed out on the size and position screen. How can I add that to the "C" partition? I would think Acronis would let me make the partitions any size I want up to the limit of the drive size.

    Thanks
    Tom

    Hello tjc74,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

The most probable reason for the encountered issue is that the source hard drive contains file system errors.

    - Go to the Command Prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)
    - Enter the command: "chkdsk DISK: /r"
where DISK is the partition letter you need to check. Please note, that
checking the C: drive may require you to reboot the machine.

Bad blocks on the source and the destination hard drives can cause the issue also.

    Thank you.
