    Hi…..
Some of employee in our company uses their own hotmail, yahoo, Gmail …..(So they broke our company rolls). But your software colasoft capsa 6.9 did not show any emails in log & in your FAQ you said...Email Analyzer in Capsa analyzes emails based on SMTP and POP3 protocols.

So is there any idea to solve this problem?

    Hi Ronix,

If your employee send mails with a web browser, they send out by HTTP or HTTPS. This is not a part of email logging. Capsa treats them just as TCP conversations.

So, you could try blocking these mailbox visiting at your firewall, if it's not too offending ;)

    Hi,

As my test, gmail is encrypted, you can't get a tool to monitor them. even you can't get much if you go down to original packets.
