about Abtrusion Protector

    I' ve been using Abtrusion Protector and I'm very interested in this program and in its failures.
    I think it is ideal to complete the protection given by a good antivirus, firewall and antitrojan. When I formatted my hard disk I installed all my programs, before connecting internet. .
    I've been using XP home, and I don't use the administrator account. I'm using Mozilla as a browser and Calypso 3.30 as an email client and before downloading the mail I always read and delete suspicious email.
    My questions are:
    1) how could I catch a virus or a trojan?
    2) which failures has Abtrusion Protector got?
