LOL I have only one name and that's the one my dear loe mommy gave me. ;)

No my wife ended up signing up here and she deleted her account not to long ago. Not sure the reason why she delete her account. I never ask her why when she does something I just let it go. But as for me Blaze this is my only name here at this board. :)

    Hi notageek,

Since we can't IM cancelled accounts to provide us with a non-webmail-based addy, they are automatically out of the competition. ;)

    Hi illuka,

That would be MUCH too easy as there is a running ticker of current number of users visible near the bottom of the main forum page ;)

What would one user do with 65 licenses anyway?
No, this competition is for all except for the mods (we are some short in mods, but they wait with joining till this race for the 5000 members is won ;) ) and i guess people who already have all the goodies might volunteer to be out of the contest.
Expect it to be won second half of July or maybe sooner.

Not any reason to hold back with joining! The 5000th member will NOT receive 65 licences but will open the key to start the fiesta for all members who were here longer anyway to take part in this grand contest!
I do hope for the 5000th (s)he will be one of the lucky winners, of course.

So don't hold back joining, 7 more to go right this moment, come in and start the party!

Think it would be nicer to use numbers and after getting them check if they are valid (no mod, no admin, no double name, no .. whatever) and them see which person belongs to it. But i'm sure the admins know their ways!
Expecting an announcement and 66 happy messages of winners!

Of course, I'm not eligible for this contest, but even if the odds were 1 out of 2, I wouldn't win. ;)

Let's see there are 66 prizes and 5000 members. That's a 1 in 75 chance at winning something. Actually, it's better than that since there are team members who aren't eligible, duplicate accounts and also some dead or inactive accounts (email invalid and the person isn't active).

Detox - be careful with your keyboard. It'd be a pity to win a nice software package and then have to spend money buying a new keyboard. ;)

sounds to me like they go through each prize and randomly select a user to win that prize one by one... that's my guess...

Anyway I'm barf-prone so my stuff is mostly barf-proof :)

It's a slight chance of winning but it's a chance and it's 66 prizes that nobody HAD to give out, so I appreciate it all no matter what... and I never win stuff anyway lol...
