This error message says that Nod32 is installed on this machine that i have purchased from friend but it is not in the add/remove program list. Can anyone help me get rid of the entries I assume are in the registry so that the windows updates will work please.

    Cheers,
    Sue McKoy

    Hi suemckoy, welcome to Wilders.

Simply installing NOD32 over the top and uninstalling through Add or Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel should be sufficient to resolve this, so long as this was a genuine version that was initially installed (I have seen a few cracked versions of late do what you are experiencing).

    Cheers :D
