McAffee automatically deletes Spywareblaster!

Spywareblaster 3.1 conflicts with McAfee Virus Scan, apparently. Today, for the first time since running SpywareBlaster for 2 months, McAfee deleted the program as virus infected, the alert reading thus: "sbautoupdate has been infected by the w32/gaobot.worm.gen.e virus and has been deleted to complete the clean process." I cannot install spywareblaster at this time without McAfee blasting it away. I've run a system scan with other spyware tools as well as a virus scan with McAfee. Everything is clean. What might be the problem?
