    How do you do. :)

I am a Japanese Windows OS user. It remained for two years and SpywareBlaster is used regularly.

In some cases, he wants to surely announce you, and I will write here.

Although it is very regrettable -- The newest definition of SpywareBlaster3.5 cannot be updated.:doubt:
The following error messages are displayed after installation.

    *****

    Database Error
The SpywareBlaster database may be corrupted or missing.
Click on the link below to run Check for Updates and download the latest database.

    *****
Furthermore, the -- update itself goes wrong.

Although the download itself is successful, the following message comes out immediately after an end.

    ---------------------------
    Error Downloading Updates
    ---------------------------
There was an error downloading the database files.
Please make sure that SpywareBlaster has access to the Internet, and that you have disabled any proxies or other filtering programs.
    ---------------------------
    OK
    ---------------------------

Protection of SpywareBlaster cannot be confirmed as a result.

When "Alternative Update Method" is used, the bar in which progress is shown is hardly extended, and "Estimated time left" and "Transfer rate" are displayed as "n/a".
and -- the following modal dialogs are displayed and it finishes.

    ---------------------------
    Error Downloading Updates

Windows2000 ProfessionalSP4 is installed in my personal computer. It seems that however, the phenomenon with the same said of other Japanese versions Windows is checked.
I think that this problem originates in a character code peculiar to a Japanese version.
(Since it is not so detailed about a program, it may be wrong)

In case of as it is, the user of Windows in the Japanese area may have to give up use of SpywareBlaster.
    It is very regrettable.
Don't I have this problem solved somehow?
Then, it is very glad if it can be given. but -- is it difficult?:doubt:

    Apology:
I can hardly understand English. By that, the text written in Japanese was translated using the site on the Internet.I am very sorry if this text is unclear.
