zyxel P-660HW Series

hello,
i have looked at the Zyxel P-600HW-T1 it costs £38 for the device which is a adsl2mode/router plus a usb2 wireless dongle.
then i also looked at the P-600HW-61 and P-600HW-D1
the 61 and D1 model have 125mb wireless speed where as the T1 has 54mb wireless speed.
i wonder what the difference between all the models in the P-660HW Series are?
does anyone know where i can find such a chart comparing the features?
if its worth it i will pay £70 for the D1 model

i emailed Zyxel yesterday and got a reply from them this morning.
turns out there isnt much difference between the T1 and D1
the D1 (newer model) has a new chipset and faster cpu.
also it has a new interface.
