I'd like to see Zorin eventually replace GNOME 2 with MATE/Cinnamon.

i'm downloading the regular version atm.

i think this is the last distro in the top 30 at Distrowatch i wanted to try.
i like to stay with the Debian/Ubuntu derivatives for ease of use.

    Its famous Look Changer -

    Zorin Look Changer

"The Look Changer lets you change your desktop to look and act like either Windows 7, XP, Vista, Ubuntu Unity, Mac OS X or GNOME 2 for ultimate ease of use."

This allows newbies to set up the desktop according to their liking. A desktop can be set up to feel like Windows, Mac OSX, Ubuntu Unity or GNOME 2. :thumb:

seems like a good alternative for people looking to try something new.

only problems i had is that the content of windows would become black sometimes.

the Control Panel could be consolidated with more items that are in the Start Menu.

is has multiarch so good for people wanting to install 32 bits application on a 64 bits machine.

CPU was on the heavy side somewhat with a idle of between 3 and 4%.
RAM usage at 430 megs of RAM so a 100 more megs than average 'light' distros.
everything worked out of the box, including installing NVIDIA drivers without problems.

my overall impression is somewhat mixed...
