Zemana AntiKeylogger fails Spyshelter keylogger test with ESET AV v 5 installed

    Zemana AntiLogger fails Spyshelter AntiTest keylogger with EsetAV v 5. installed. Excluding Zemana Antilogger within Eset AV or temporarily disabling Eset makes no difference. Uninstalling Eset AV and Zemana passes test. I have also submitted a ticket with Zemana.
    Windows 7 32 bit, IE9.

    No. I was waiting to hear back from Zemana, which finally happened today.
    I will try Zemana's suggestions. If the problem still exists, I will create a support ticket with Eset.

    For others who may come across the same issue in the future, how was the issue resolved?

    This was a strange issue since Zemana AntiLogger was working correctly when another AV was installed instead of Eset. The solution was not high tech:
    1. Uninstall AntiLogger
    2. Restart computer
    3. Remove AntiLogger folder under Program Files
    4. Download Antilogger and install

    I am also wondering if there are problems with the autoupdate function
    of Zemana since this problem appeared when the autoupdate function first appeared.
