ZA Firewall problems with VMCenter

hello i install the last version of zone alarm firewall pro, the problem that i have is since i installed it i cant watch my recorders TV Shows on my xbox 360 extender, when i press play video it come a error that the video file cant be played or something like that, i know is zone alarm cause i uninstalled and everything back to normal, does anyone have this problem or have any idea how to fix it
