    sadly they have to sacrifice scratch resistance for this.
    for dropping we have bumpers, now we will need screen protectors...

    True!

    Still it's worth noting that gorilla glass is stepping up their screen resistance to better avoid the shatters.

    I hope they also make their glasses thicker again. They thinned them recently or a year ago. I don't know specifics :(
