Your Acronis Privacy Expert Suite License is about to expire

Getting the above message (subject). I have version 9.0.1461 that was a free upgrade from version 8. What does the license expiration actually mean? When you click on the buy now button it wants you to buy another copy of Privacy Expert Suite for $29.99. When the license expires does it mean that PES will not work anymore or just that you cannot receive updates (or is the message a mistake?). Thanks.

I was wondering the same. The main reason (besides the obvious based on the message) that I posted this message was because I can't find any messages or statements on the WEB page from Acronis saying that PES 9.0 is a time limited subscription software product. Maybe I just overlooked it. Hopefully, Acronis will provide an answer here in this forum.

It just means you will not be able to update the Spyware Definitions.

It is just Definitions Updates to the Spyware that is time limited.
