Ok I have installed yahoo messenger and now even after I removed it I can access others at my LAN yet others get this message:
"You might not have the permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to find out if you have access permissions.""

I've removed YAHOO, checked my rule sets and made a rule to allow everyone on my Locally created NAT DHCP IPS to have full access. I've reinstalled TCP/IP and Local Network/share protocols and services, I've rebuild my WINSOCK and WINSOCK 2. Nothing.

    What can I do now?

    Couple of things to check:
Have you enabled any shares on your PC?
    NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled?
    Computer Browser service enabled?
    Anything in the Sygate logs?

    Regards,

If you are running Norton Antivirus, try this, works for me.
