    Please can I have help to remove xxxserver/hotkiss. I have run spybot s&d and I attach my hijackthis log. Please help!

    Hi rolyat,

    Fix this entry in hijackthis :

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System Process] C:\WINDOWS\csrss.exe /i

    After doing so download :

    CWShredder

    Unzip and open -> 'fix' -> click 'next'

    Restart PC after doing so and remove :

    C:\WINDOWS\csrss.exe <- this file, in that folder

    Repost another Hijackthis log after doing so, so we can check up and clean the rest
