My group is using AI to build multiple OS on systems for configuration and installation testing. AI has been great, up until now, for that purpose. Well recently our AD policy that expires our LAN passwords every 90 days kicked in. Now the images that were created under an account with an old password will not allow us to login to the LAN.
We try the old password and get an invalid user/pass errror. If we try the new password we get a bad domain error, even if we specify the domian by prepending the user name (domain\user).
Do we need to create a local account just to create the images under?

What the hell. Is there not a single Acronis person that works for the support staff. This is the second issue that I have been totally ignored on. The level of support is unbelievably horrible. The software, that I, for the most part, am impressed with, isn't worth sh*% with this kind of support.

So long Acronis. I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK.

    Hello --

I've already told many times about the ways to speed the refund in case you desperately need it and cannot wait till your request is being taken care of through the normal way.

P.S. The fastest one is to contact me.

    Thank you.
