xp / ie7 settings?

    I had to reformat & re-install windows.
    I can't remember all (if any) the settings I changed to make my computer a little less likely to track/remember/store etc the places I been, stuff that has run.

    It was along the lines of;
    autocomplete = OFF
    NO LOGGING
    Something about swap files or page files....damn!
    Just stuff I picked up along the way & now I can't find the info on what to do or even HOW to do it (it is ok to laugh at me......I can take it)
    (I do use ccleaner,window washer,tracks eraser)
