XP home + Vista, 2 H/Ds How to Partition?

Hello, complete novice here, please can anyone advise?
I have Windows XP Home on my "C" drive 160GB I have Vista on my Slave drive which is 200Gb . My slave drive is partitioned into a Vista partition and a Acronis Secure zone partition. I hope I have explained that okay? Anyway what I would like to do is have my Master drive with two partitions which would be XP O/S on one partition and the other would be a Acronis secure zone backup for Vista.
my slave drive would also be partioned into 2. one would be Vista O/S and the other would be Acronis secure zone for backup XP O/S.

Please could anyone advise on how to do this with Acronis Disk Director Suite? Thank you for taking the time reading this. Mike T
