    Hi fernando1212,

    BIG alert:
    You have this trojan and looking at your ActiveX elements you use this computer for banking.
    http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/pwsteal.bancos.h.html

    Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
    These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

    Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000020DD-C72E-4113-AF77-DD56626C6C42} - C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll

    O2 - BHO: G-Buster Browser Defense - {C41A1C0E-EA6C-11D4-B1B8-444553540000} - C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\gbieh.dll

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ir_ftp] C:\windows\system\irwftp.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Internet Optimizer] "C:\Program Files\Internet Optimizer\optimize.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [msbb] c:\program files\180solutions\msbb.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TimeSink Ad Client] "C:\Program Files\TimeSink\AdGateway\TsAdBot.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [alchem] C:\WINDOWS\alchem.exe

    O16 - DPF: {23B7A816-3647-49D2-9756-6F41CE8F9201} (ddm_download.ddm_control) - http://download.rfwnad.com/cab/ddm_control.CAB

    O16 - DPF: {8522F9B3-38C5-4AA4-AE40-7401F1BBC851} - http://216.65.38.226/Download_Plugin.exe

    O16 - DPF: {EF86873F-04C2-4A95-A373-5703C08EFC7B} (Installer Class) - http://www.xxxtoolbar.com/ist/softwares/v3.0/0006_cracks.cab

    Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\windows\system\irwftp.exe
    C:\Program Files\Internet Optimizer <= entire folder
    c:\program files\180solutions <= entire folder
    C:\Program Files\TimeSink <= entire folder
    C:\WINDOWS\alchem.exe

    Follow additional intructions at the link in the beginning and here:
    http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojbamerb.html

    Change all passwords stored on that computer asap.

    Regards,

    Pieter

    I would at least contact my bank if it is on the list of the ones targeted by that trojan.

    I know it's a hassle but imagine what the consequences might be if someone does have access to your account. :eek:

    Regards,

    Pieter
