xlime help please!!!

ok so I keep getting those "wonderful" xlime pop-ups. I ran ad-ware 6.0 build 182; This is my log.

Then Boot to safe mode: Instructions here

Delete the following files\folders IF still present:

Then reboot and use AdAware as described :

Then use the Disk Cleanup Utility to empty all your Temp folders.

Then Disable system restore: Instructions here
Reboot

Enable System Restore.
