WTF happened to ATI 10 home? (TI 10 Build 4942 Download not available)

It can no longer be downloaded, either as an update or a trial. All I get is an error mesage saying "We are very sorry but service is unavailable now. Please try again later or contact our support team." Tried again later, sent email to support team, nada.

I'm sorry to say I can be of no help. However, it may be worth noting that I got a copy of ATI 10 home from my work and installed it. I get the exact same error message when I attempt to update the program to the latest build. I'm wondering if perhaps that file server is down, or maybe they're pushing out some updates and the server is just overwhelmed and refusing connections (it happens all the time to me when I'm trying to update freeBSD ports)

I think you will find mongooseman1128 is correct with his answer, there is a problem on their server.

Just got an email from customer support saying nothing is wrong. Maybe someone there will wake up someday and fix it.

Well mine don't. I'm on the eastcoast of the USA. No downloads work for me.

I'm in Iowa and have no downloads. When support got back to me about my problem, I had multiple problems and they happened to neglect the inability to update.

Just tried and got the same message. I'm in Illinois, FWIW. This is strange because it's going on 24 hours and, apparently, hasn't been rectified.

I have the latest build so I have no immediate need to download anything but still......

22:58 here in Cromwell Country - no problem getting 9.1 or 10 updates.
Hopefully problem now solved.

 

TI 10 Build 4942 Download not available

I tried this today and got "Unavailable" alert.

Does anyone know when this will be back up?

I'm running Vista (32) and it appears that there are some Vista-ops tweaks there.

Downloads not working here in Flyover Country, sometimes referred to as Kansas.

It seems like all the Acronis server links to the USA have a problem.

Downloads working in New Jersey, it is probably a relay server somewhere in between New jersey and Kanas. I did a tracert, #6 server between New York and Washington timed out. Could mean anything, but it was the only server to time out.

Great load of good this does me. I've got a new Dell that IT10 won't recognize the SATA on, so I was hoping the update would do the trick. I guess I'll have to investigate Ghost again...maybe they are more up to date (I'd bet their servers don't go down without a decent explaination).

Sorry Acronis folks, just that frustration runs high.

You would lose your money with a bet on Symantec, it does not even have a any support forums and if they did open any they would be for ever crashing with overload.
