Just got home and found this ready...
Yes, got it...thanks!
Noticed this update seems to have shrunk my WRData folder down to 63MB....Yabbadabbadoo!
cool thing about being WSA Beta-tester is to found out what the new stuff they add/fix
For the first time in a very long use I got BSOD with this and the previous builds on detection on-access - type kernel mode exception not handled.
The second BSOD was with nothing else installed - only MsAfee Site Advisor Live.
Could you send the crash dumps to my username at gmail.com to take a look?
Unfortunately I cleaned the system's dump files.
Funny thing, from my perspective, I never seem to notice a change.
It must be very subtle, the changes they make to the program.
So unless it is something obvious, like a change to the GUI, I usually won't notice.
exactly my point ^^
just by curiosity (and it may sounds stupid), how many betas can i run with the same key?
i have 3 computers, with different OSes
It doesn't matter just as long as you have the beta download link. I see your at Malware Tips can you ask them to remove all Beta links please?
Any change log or release notes for this. I updated to this yesterday. Can't find any info on it.
Webroot does not provide changelogs for the betas..
Not a beta anymore. Had it install yesterday.
Sorry, I did not realize it had been released. They usually post it over on the Webroot Community Forums here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Release-Notes/bd-p/ReleaseNotesWSA#.Uvv-EsTronI , but I see they have not posted it yet...
Apparently the Business Edition updated yesterday, Consumer Release may be about to go live? https://community.webroot.com/t5/We...is-version-was-BETA-v8-0-4-57/m-p/81993#M6024
Weird I have .57 as of yesterday. I went on the forum and it's saying that it hasn't come out yet.
i am MT's staff so i will do, can you PM me the urls where you saw the links?
.57 is going live and will be rolled out across the userbase in the next handful of days.
[FONT="]Sorry it turns out it isn't a beta link but a download link for Facebook users but the standard download link is http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe and the Facebook version http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsafbmpav.exe which is posted on Malware Tips.
ok good to know it was not a mistake from us
