    Some users are reporting getting it at the Community so it is being rolled out but slowly and I'm sure Webroot has there reasons as said by Joe.

    Yes, I know they are rolling this out, but I thought that would be over days. Not weeks (or months).

    If they have 30+ million users as claimed, it surely has to be staggered to distribute and lighten the load on their servers. Assuming they did it over a month, that would be roughly a million users a day, and I can't see them updating that many in one day.
