WSA Issue with Chrome 15 Lastest Update

when i go to hotmail.com(https) the lock icon in WSA don`t appear but its appear in the second time when i visit the page is this a incompatibility issue?

 

It's possible that it's an incompatibility. Could you try just changing your protection for HTTP websites as well to ensure it shows anyway?

I Changed my HTTP Protection Websites to High Before Test , another question why the lock icon still appear when i close the https is by design??
when i try CRTL+ALT+END sometimes Appear the warning and sometimes no is by design ?.

The lock will close when no protected data is on the system anymore - you won't see any negative side effects in the meantime so there shouldn't be a problem. Control Alt Delete is sometimes not handled by the OS properly when WSA is protecting keystrokes with an active window so you'll want to open another window in the foreground to allow Control Alt Delete to work.
